Part time porter/doorman position available, needs to be legal to work in USA, need to be flexible to take more hours when needed. Schedule - Monday overnight doorman 9pm-5am, Saturday porter 8am-4pm and Sunday porter (garbage takeout day for pickup) 12pm-8pm. responsibilities: monitor and assist with building entry and visitor access. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas. Assist with deliveries and resident requests. Perform General porter and doorman duties as assigned, garbage collection and take out heavy bags for pickup.
